Property investment in Turkey --- please advise? - property investment expo
My partner has applied for it to invest in international real estate in Turkey, Bodrum. We have a booth at the Home Expo, and he is excited and spoke with enthusiasm throughout the day. The property is located in an apartment complex project, which is not even been completed. And the fact that you not only access to property, not as a full takeover or the lease, but as part of a company. The company rents the apartment and gave him a share of the rent for you. It is allowed to remain in his apartment for 3-4 weeks per year, the rest of the year rented to tourists. But I am delighted to be abit wary. Who knows if this kind of investment in Turkey a good idea.
Another thing .. 2 friends she wants to invest, what will become of me, engage, and 2 friends ... (4 people total)
Any advice please as I am really confused? Thanks in advance

i wouldnt Listerne for the bad things that remind you hear, every story has two sides. I think that the planned investments for you. Property in Turkey is growing every year, last year by 50% over the next two to three years of their environment has increased over 100%. think how the value of their property has increased greatly in 10 years. and if Turkey joins the EU, then the country will gain Stability economy. So I think all you have is with investments in Turkey fear that, once your property, you do not want to go home.
